Real Estate Dwelling Appraisal Reports

Single dwelling reports are written in standard URAR and Desktop Underwriting format. Reports on more than two units are typically produced in narrative style. Dwelling appraisal reports are used for mortgage financing, feasibility analysis and litigation.

Real Estate Commercial Industrial Appraisal Reports

These are real estate only reports for appraisal of retail commercial properties, light manufacturing, restaurants, special use facilities such as AFC (Adult Foster Care) homes and clinics, medical office buildings, general office buildings, grocery and party stores, service stations, land development, and subdivision analysis and valuation.
